As an IT Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them via phone, email, and in-person. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions in a timely manner will be essential to maintaining client satisfaction.
In addition to resolving issues, you will also have the opportunity to assist in the implementation of new technologies and upgrades, ensuring that our systems are up-to-date and functioning at optimal levels.
