We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert to join our dynamic team in Kochi. As a Data Entry Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel will be essential in performing various data-related tasks and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, as well as generating reports that provide valuable insights for decision-making. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will need to identify and rectify discrepancies in data entries.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Kochi office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
