About the role

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our client's team in Tirupati. In this role, you will provide essential technical assistance and support for our client's systems, both onsite and remotely. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of their IT operations.

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network connectivity, and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will engage with end-users to understand their technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

About the Role

In addition to resolving technical issues, you will also play a key role in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software. Keeping accurate records of support requests and solutions will be part of your daily tasks, as well as maintaining documentation related to IT processes and procedures. Our client values proactive team members who can anticipate potential issues and work to prevent them before they arise.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. A background in IT support or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
