We are seeking a skilled Excel Expert and Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Ulhasnagar. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage large datasets and ensure data accuracy.
As an Excel Expert, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. Your expertise will be crucial in generating detailed reports that drive our business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to analyze data trends and provide insights that will enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Ulhasnagar office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
