About the role

Join our dynamic accounting team in Kalyan & Dombivali as an Excel Expert and Data Entry Executive. In this role, you will manage and analyze data with advanced Excel functions, ensuring precision and efficiency in data entry tasks. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our data processes and supporting financial operations.

As an Excel Expert, you will leverage your proficiency to create complex spreadsheets, conduct thorough data analysis, and produce insightful reports. Collaborating closely with our finance team, you will ensure that all data is accurately entered, maintained, and analyzed. Your keen attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential for driving our data integrity and efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Kalyan & Dombivali office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
