Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our team in Moradabad. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be adept at data entry, reporting, and data management. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data, ensuring that our operations run smoothly.
As an Excel Expert, you will be responsible for entering data accurately and efficiently, creating complex spreadsheets, and generating reports that provide insights into our business operations. You will work closely with various departments to gather data
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Moradabad office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
