About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Bareilly. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes, which are vital for our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of MS Excel, along with extensive experience in data entry, reporting, and data management.

As an Excel Expert, your primary responsibility will be to manage and analyze large datasets, creating detailed reports that assist in decision-making processes. You will be expected to perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Your ability to utilize advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros, will be crucial in streamlining our data processes and improving overall efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Bareilly office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
