About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive background in data management, data entry, and reporting, ensuring that our data processes run smoothly and efficiently. As an Excel Expert, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data, generating insightful reports, and maintaining accurate records.

In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing advanced Excel functions and features to manipulate and analyze large datasets, creating pivot tables, and employing formulas to streamline reporting processes. Your expertise will help us to uncover trends and provide actionable insights that will drive business decisions. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data being managed.

Collaboration with various departments will be essential, as you will be required to gather data

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Karnataka  office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
