About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to enhance our data management processes in Hubli and Dharwad. This role is essential for ensuring accurate reporting and effective data analysis, which are critical to our operations. The successful candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas, enabling them to generate insightful reports and support decision-making.

In this position, you will collaborate with various teams to streamline data entry and maintain data integrity. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in identifying trends and providing actionable insights. What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Hubli and Dharwad office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
