Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our team in Gaya. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage, analyze, and present data effectively. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our data is accurate, organized, and easily accessible for decision-making purposes.
As an Excel Expert, you will be responsible for various tasks including data entry, data validation, and reporting. You will work closely with different departments to gather data, input it into Excel spreadsheets, and create comprehensive reports that highlight trends and insights. A keen eye for detail and strong analytical
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Gaya office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
