We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert to join our team in Patna. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in data entry and management who are passionate about utilizing their Excel expertise to drive efficiency and accuracy in our operations.

As an Excel Expert, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets, creating complex spreadsheets, and generating insightful reports that aid in decision-making. Your strong knowledge of MS Excel functions, formulas, and data visualization tools will be crucial in ensuring that our data management processes are both effective and streamlined.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data entry, demonstrating accuracy and speed in their work. You should be comfortable working with large volumes of data and possess excellent problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Patna office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
