About the role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and experienced Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Durgapur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, ensuring accuracy, and generating insightful reports that assist in decision-making processes. Your expertise in MS Excel will be crucial in enhancing our data management practices and driving efficiency within our operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros. Your ability to efficiently enter, manipulate, and analyze data will be essential in maintaining our database and ensuring that information is readily accessible and accurate. You will also be tasked with creating comprehensive reports that summarize findings and trends, providing valuable insights to our management team.

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Durgapur office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
