We are seeking a talented and experienced Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Durgapur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, ensuring accuracy, and generating insightful reports that assist in decision-making processes. As a key member of our team, your expertise in MS Excel will play a crucial role in enhancing our data management practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros. Your ability to efficiently enter, manipulate, and analyze data will be essential in maintaining our database and ensuring that information is readily accessible and accurate. You will also be tasked with creating comprehensive reports that summarize findings and trends, providing valuable insights to our management team.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Durgapur office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
