About the role

We are actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Asansol. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a strong command of Microsoft Excel and excel in data management and reporting. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data-related tasks, contributing significantly to our operational success.

In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing large volumes of data, ensuring that all information is recorded accurately and timely. You will utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze data, generate reports, and assist in decision-making processes. Your expertise in Excel will enable you to create complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and charts that help visualize data trends and insights.

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Asansol office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
