About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Ghaziabad. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the daily operational efficiency of IT systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional technical support to users, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to perform their tasks effectively.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network connectivity problems, and help users navigate various applications. You will be the first point of contact for technical inquiries, so strong communication skills are essential.
