About the role

As an Excel Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our accounting team by transforming raw data into meaningful insights. Your expertise in Excel will enable you to create complex spreadsheets, perform data modeling, and automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Varanasi office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
