About the role

We are actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive / Excel Expert to join our dynamic team in Ujjain. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Excel and a proven track record in data entry, reporting, and data management.

As an Excel Expert, you will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to data entry, data validation, and generating comprehensive reports that assist in decision-making processes. Your proficiency in Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros, will be essential to streamline our data operations and enhance productivity. You will also be expected to create and maintain complex spreadsheets that support the overall data strategy of the organization.

In this position, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that all data entries are accurate and up-to-date. Attention to detail is paramount, as errors in data can lead to significant operational issues. The ability to analyze data trends and provide insights will be an added advantage. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

What you'll do

Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Ujjain office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.

Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
