We are actively seeking an experienced Excel Expert and Data Entry Executive to join our team in Udaipur. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring efficient data management across various projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of MS Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques.
As an Excel Expert, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data accurately and efficiently. You will also generate comprehensive reports that assist in decision-making processes. Your proficiency in data analysis will play a crucial role in identifying trends and discrepancies, ensuring that our data is reliable and actionable.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Udaipur office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
