About the role
We are actively seeking an experienced Excel Expert and Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Udaipur. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring efficient data management across various projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of MS Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques.
As an Excel Expert, your primary responsibility will be to enter, update, and maintain data accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with different departments to gather data
What you'll do
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Udaipur office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
What you'll need
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
