About the role

We are seeking a skilled Excel Expert to join our dynamic team in Tirunelveli. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create complex spreadsheets, and generate insightful reports that drive business decisions. What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Tirunelveli office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
