About the role

We are seeking an experienced Excel Expert to join our team in Tiruchirappalli. In this role, you will manage large datasets that are vital for our business operations and decisions. A strong command of MS Excel is essential, along with expertise in data entry, reporting, and data management.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring accuracy in data entry and generating comprehensive reports that support informed decision-making. You will work collaboratively with other team members to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Tiruchirappalli office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
