About the role

We are seeking a skilled Excel Expert to join our dynamic team in Siliguri. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Excel to support data analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets, optimizing data management, and ensuring accuracy in data reporting.

Your proficiency in Excel will enable you to analyze large data sets, create pivot tables, and utilize advanced formulas to derive insights that drive business strategies. You will also assist in the development of dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators, helping stakeholders make informed decisions based on real-time data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable working with large volumes of data and possess excellent problem-solving

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Siliguri office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
