About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Excel Expert to play a key role in managing and analyzing essential data for our operations in Sangli Miraj Kupwad. In this position, you will utilize your advanced skills in MS Excel to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Sangli Miraj Kupwad office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
