Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Excel Expert to join our team in Ranchi. As a Data Entry Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of data entry, reporting, and data management.
In this position, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. Your attention to detail and accuracy will ensure that our data remains reliable and up-to-date. You will also be tasked with creating comprehensive reports that help drive business decisions, making your analytical
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Ranchi office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
