About the role

We are seeking a skilled Excel Expert to join our dynamic team in Ranchi, where you will play a vital role in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations. In this position, you will work as a Data Entry Executive, where your expertise will significantly contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our data processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, showcasing a strong understanding of data entry, reporting, and data management. Your proficiency in Excel will allow you to perform complex calculations, create pivot tables, and utilize advanced functions to streamline data analysis. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, as you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring that our data remains reliable and up-to-date.

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Ranchi office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
