About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Excel Data Analyst to join our dynamic accounting team in Rajkot. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing financial data and providing insights that will guide our strategic decisions. Your expertise in Excel will be essential as you work with large datasets, create complex spreadsheets, and develop reports that highlight trends and patterns.
Your daily
What you'll do
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Rajkot office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
What you'll need
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
