We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Microsoft Excel and a proven track record in data entry, reporting, and data management. As a vital part of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processes.

Your primary duties will include entering, updating, and maintaining data in various formats, generating reports, and analyzing data to support decision-making. Proficiency in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros is essential, as you will use these tools to streamline our data operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to facilitate data-driven insights and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Raipur office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
