Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, reporting, and data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining our data integrity and supporting our business operations.

As an Excel Expert, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to data entry, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, performing data analysis, and generating reports. Your expertise in Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables will be essential in streamlining processes and improving data workflows. You will also assist in converting raw data into meaningful insights that can drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Nagpur office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
