We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excel Expert / Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel, data entry processes, reporting, and data management. As an Excel Expert, you will be responsible for managing large sets of data, performing data analysis, and generating reports that provide insights to support business decisions. Your expertise in Excel will enable you to create complex spreadsheets, utilize advanced functions, and automate repetitive tasks to enhance productivity. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Mumbai office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
