About the role

As an Excel Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations in Meerut. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and analyze data using advanced Microsoft Excel skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial records.

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Meerut office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
