We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert to join our team in Meerut. As a Data Entry Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation techniques, to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data handling.

In this position, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms. Your expertise in Excel will be essential for generating reports, performing data analysis, and creating dashboards that provide insights into our business performance. You will work closely with different departments to ensure data integrity and facilitate decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Meerut office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
