In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and reliable. You will leverage advanced Excel functions to create comprehensive reports that help our team understand trends and make informed decisions. This includes utilizing formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to transform raw data into actionable insights. Furthermore, you will be tasked with maintaining data integrity by regularly auditing and cleaning the data to eliminate any discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Excel, with demonstrated experience in handling large datasets. Attention to detail is vital, as you will be working with data that requires precision and accuracy. You should also possess effective communication

What you'll do

Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Mangalore office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.

Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
