About the role

We are seeking a skilled Excel Expert to join our team in Malegoan. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in data entry, management, and reporting. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processes, which play a crucial role in our operations.

In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing data, creating reports, and maintaining databases. A thorough understanding of Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables is necessary to excel in this role. You will also collaborate with various departments to streamline data management processes and improve overall efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Malegoan office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
