About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert to join our dynamic team in Loni. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations effectively. As a Data Entry Executive, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Excel to perform complex data manipulations, create insightful reports, and ensure data accuracy across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas. You will be responsible for organizing data, conducting thorough analyses, and presenting findings to assist in decision-making processes. Additionally, your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our databases and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Loni office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
