About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our data processes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in data management, as well as a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, which is essential for this position.

What you'll do
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Kolkata office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
What you'll need
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
