We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Jamshedpur. This role is essential for ensuring accuracy in data handling and reporting, which are critical to our operations. As an Excel Expert, you will leverage your proficiency in MS Excel to manage data entry tasks efficiently, produce insightful reports, and maintain data integrity.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Excel functions, including but not limited to VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas. You will be responsible for entering large volumes of data accurately, analyzing data sets, and generating reports that help drive business decisions. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying trends and discrepancies in data, allowing for timely interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Jamshedpur office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
