About the role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive based in Jamnagar to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be an essential part of our data management process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of data management principles.
Your primary
What you'll do
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Jamnagar office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
What you'll need
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
