Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive based in Jamnagar to join our dynamic team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who possesses strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of data management principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, generating reports, and ensuring data integrity across various platforms.
In this position, you will utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and interpret data effectively. Your
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Jamnagar office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
