We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Executive / Excel Expert based in Jammu to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle complex data sets, perform advanced calculations, and create detailed reports. In today's data-driven world, your expertise in Excel will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and decision-making processes.

As an Excel Expert, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large volumes of data efficiently and accurately. This includes inputting data, ensuring its integrity, and generating insightful reports that help drive our business strategies. You will also collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide them with the necessary support to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Jammu office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
