About the role
Join our team in Jalgaon as an Excel Expert, where your skills will be pivotal in managing and analyzing data efficiently. This role requires a strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data analysis tools, to ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
As an Excel Expert, you will collaborate with team members to support data management initiatives, streamline processes, and provide insights through data analysis. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining data integrity and generating reports that drive decision-making.
What you'll do
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Jalgaon office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
What you'll need
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
