Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excel Expert to join our team in Jalgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas, to support our data management efforts.
Your expertise in data entry will be crucial as you will be tasked with inputting large volumes of information accurately and swiftly. You will also be responsible for generating detailed reports and presenting data in a clear and concise manner. Strong analytical
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Jalgaon office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
