About the role

We are seeking a skilled Excel Expert to enhance our team in Jabalpur. In this role, you will utilize your advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to analyze and manage data effectively, playing a crucial part in our operational success. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in data entry and management, showcasing strong analytical skills.

Your responsibilities will include creating complex spreadsheets, developing formulas, and generating reports that provide insights into our data. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a supportive environment.

What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Jabalpur office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
