We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert to join our team in Indore. As a Data Entry Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations. Your expertise in MS Excel will help streamline our data management processes and improve our reporting accuracy.

In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. You will utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation, to generate reports and perform data analysis. Your attention to detail is essential to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Indore office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
