We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a Data Entry Executive, demonstrating a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, reporting, and data management. This role is essential to our operations, as it ensures the accuracy and efficiency of our data processes.

As an Excel Expert, you will be responsible for managing large datasets, performing complex calculations, and generating insightful reports to aid in decision-making. Your expertise in Excel will allow you to create advanced spreadsheets, utilize formulas, and design data visualizations that convey important information clearly and effectively. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be tasked with ensuring the integrity of the data you handle.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Gurgaon office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
