Join our dynamic team in Gulbarga as an Excel Expert and Data Entry Executive. We are seeking a highly skilled professional who possesses extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data entry, reporting, and data management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large sets of data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Your day-to-day
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Gulbarga office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
