Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Expert and Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Microsoft Excel and data management principles, allowing them to effectively handle large datasets and perform complex data analysis. As an Excel Expert, you will be tasked with not only entering data but also ensuring its accuracy and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining spreadsheets, generating reports, and utilizing advanced Excel functions to streamline processes and improve efficiency. You will work closely with various departments to gather data
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Ghaziabad office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
