As an Excel Expert, you will be responsible for inputting, managing, and analyzing large sets of data with precision. Your expertise in Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables will be essential in creating detailed reports that provide insights into our operations. You will also be tasked with maintaining databases, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Cuttack office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
