Join our dynamic team in Coimbatore as an Excel Expert! We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Executive who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and has a strong background in data management and reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring that all information is precise and up to date.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Excel functionalities, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools. You will be tasked with generating comprehensive reports that aid in decision-making processes, so strong analytical
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Coimbatore office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
