We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, creating reports, and ensuring data accuracy. Your expertise in MS Excel will be crucial in facilitating effective data management and reporting processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas, enabling them to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently. You will also be expected to manage data entry tasks with precision, ensuring that all information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Chennai office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
