About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Expert to join our team in Bhilai Nagar. This role is essential for maintaining accurate data records and generating insightful reports that support business decisions. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing data, creating reports, and ensuring data integrity. What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Bhilai Nagar office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
