Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert to join our team in Bhavnagar. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, managing data, and generating comprehensive reports using Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Excel functionalities, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
As an Excel Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Bhavnagar office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
