We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert to join our dynamic team in Aurangabad. As a Data Entry Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate insightful reports.

In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data records. You will also be tasked with identifying trends and discrepancies in data to enhance our reporting processes. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Aurangabad office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
