About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert to enhance our data management efforts in Allahabad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets, creating comprehensive reports, and streamlining data processes to improve overall productivity.
Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel is vital, as you will perform a variety of data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and support various analytical projects that drive informed decision-making.
What you'll do
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Allahabad office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
What you'll need
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
