We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Aligarh. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, demonstrating a strong ability to manage, analyze, and report on data efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for various data management tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all data entry activities.
Your expertise in Excel will enable you to create and maintain complex spreadsheets, perform data validation, and develop insightful reports that support our decision-making processes. You will also collaborate with team members to streamline data workflows and improve overall efficiency in our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Aligarh office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
- Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
