About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert/Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Ajmer. This position is essential for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with a solid understanding of data entry processes and effective data management practices.

As an Excel Expert, your primary responsibility will be to manage large datasets, perform complex calculations, and generate insightful reports that facilitate informed decision-making. You will utilize advanced Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables to streamline our data handling processes, ensuring that all data is accurate and easily accessible. What you'll do

  • Candidate will manage daily data entry work at Ajmer office, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files.
  • Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

What you'll need

  • Experience in textile, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.

Skills

Strong Excel knowledge Good typing speed and attention to detail are compulsory.
