Front Office / Receptionist in Meerut

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage appointments and meeting schedules at Meerut office
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
• Maintain visitor logs and follow security procedures
• Provide basic administrative and office support
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Ensure reception area is clean and well-organized

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Scheduling tools)
• Customer service skills
• Education: 12th Pass or above (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience: Freshers can apply (experience preferred)
